We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note:

  • We are not liable for delays due to customs processing or international carrier issues.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

If you realize there’s an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
